You Are My Salvation – Breeze (Rafael Osmo Remix) [Yin]

Tripp Baronner's Yin imprint follows up sensational remixes of Blue Cell's 'Omegain' with a fresh take on 'Breeze' by You Are My Salvation. Coming courtesy of Russia's Forescape Digital in August of last year, the Swedish artist laid down a euphoric slice of trance that now sits in the #5 position on the label's best selling Beatport tracks. Now with the Spring season approaching, Yin invites Rafael Osmo to provide his own unique take on the track.

Well known in the trance arena, Rafael owns an impressive discography highlighted by releases on Armin van Buuren's Armada, John 00 Fleming's JOOF Recordings, Paul Oakenfold's Perfecto and Paul Van Dyk's longstanding VANDIT imprint. Always straddling the line between progressive and trance, Rafael does exactly that here with an uptempo take that's got the best of both worlds. The bounce and roll of the groove is quite progressive in nature while the buzzing melodic content feels undeniably trance-like in origin. It makes for a unique contrast and ultimately results in a powerful six minute journey. A beast of a remix from Rafael that updates 'Breeze' in fine style. Highly recommended.
