Juan Deminicis – In a Loop (Dmitry Molosh Remix) [Proportion]

Following his previous appearance on Proportion with the “Intuition / Two Walls” EP, Buenos Aires-based producer Juan Deminicis returns to the label with a four-track collection that further explores his distinctive approach to progressive house. Three original productions are joined by a remix from Proportion head Dmitry Molosh, creating a release that moves between hypnotic grooves, melodic warmth and deeper atmospheric territory.

Opening the release, “The Circle” establishes a deep and immersive mood with a rolling rhythmic foundation and carefully layered melodic elements. Subtle textures gradually emerge around the groove, while the arrangement develops with patience and precision. As the track progresses, its hypnotic character becomes increasingly pronounced, creating a fluid and captivating journey built for the deeper end of the dancefloor.

“Raining with Sun” introduces a warmer and more melodic dimension to the release. A steady progressive groove supports flowing synth lines and expressive melodic phrases, while atmospheric details add depth throughout the arrangement. The track evolves naturally between introspective passages and more expansive moments, balancing emotional character with a strong sense of forward movement.
With “In a Loop”, Juan Deminicis embraces a more hypnotic and groove-driven approach. A persistent rhythmic framework provides the foundation as subtle melodic and textural changes gradually shape the track. Rather than relying on dramatic shifts, the arrangement builds through repetition and evolution, drawing the listener further into its cyclical atmosphere and progressive momentum.

Completing the release, Dmitry Molosh delivers his interpretation of “In a Loop”, taking the original concept into a deeper and more expansive direction. The remix places greater emphasis on the groove and tension, allowing the rhythmic elements to breathe while gradually introducing darker atmospheric textures and melodic detail. The result is a patient, club-focused rework that preserves the identity of the original while giving it a distinctly Molosh treatment.

Across “The Circle”, “Raining with Sun”, “In a Loop” and “In a Loop (Dmitry Molosh Remix)”, Juan Deminicis continues his relationship with Proportion through a release rich in groove, atmosphere and melodic depth. Joined by Dmitry Molosh’s interpretation of the closing track, the EP offers another compelling chapter in the Argentine producer’s evolving journey on the label.
