The Bosnian artist made his debut on the Manual Music subsidiary with the well received 'Corsica'. Released in April of last year the track has racked up over a half a million plays on Spotify, while also earning the praise of several elite DJs. Now following releases for Magnitude Recordings and Lowbit Records to begin 2019, Forniva returns to MNL with 'Viridana'. Perhaps primarily thought of as a progressive house artist, Forniva's studio repertoire far exceeds those perceptive boundaries. 'Viridana' is further proof of that with a sound that sits comfortably in the creative space between progressive and deep house. Immediately captivating, it’s character rich groove is incredibly funky while exotic drums, quirky themes and ghostly vocal wails fill in the framework. Esoteric is a word that comes to mind here and it's that uniqueness combined with great production and smooth storyboarding that makes this such a compelling track. The release concludes with Alex O'Rion making his label debut and providing the lone interpretation of 'Viridana'. Always a regular in Beatport’s Progressive House charts, Alex now debuts on MNL with a stunning rendition of 'Viridana'. Building hypnotically; warm beats, finely tuned percussion and rugged bass tones unite for a highly rhythmic, free flowing framework.
