Releases Various Artists – Exoplanet 02 [pad] By Release Promo Posted on 24th August 2021 4 min read 0 0 Share on Facebook Share on Twitter Share on Reddit Share on Linkedin The fourth offering from pad records finds the label presenting the second installment of their 'Exoplanet' series. Landing in October of last year, Volume 1 was a huge success in launching the imprint, featuring tracks from Rodrigo Lapena & Gonzalo Sacc, Julian Nates, Juan Sapia, JFR, Fabri Lopez and more. It set the course for two additional 2021 releases from Matias Larrosa, Martin Gardoqui, Sarah Chilanti and Marcelo Paladini, which further solidified the imprint as one of the label's to watch in progressive music. Now embarking on their fourth release, label managers Rodrigo Lapena, Rodrigo Ramirez and Gonzalo Sacc have tirelessly scouted demos for the much anticipated second edition of 'Exoplanet'. Once again looking to build on their country's incredible pool of progressive music talent, the label has selected eleven exclusive tracks from Argentinean artists Agustín Ficarra, Alex Efe, Diego Berrondo, Catalina Balussi, Distic, Rodrigo Lapena, Gonzalo Sacc, Franco Leonardini, Julieta Kühnle, Lucien (AR), Maezbi, Nico Serjanovich, Nicolas Soria and Ric Niels. From the deeper more organic qualities of the collections beginning selections all the way through to the darker, heady sounds of 'Serendipity' by Ric Niels, there is something to satisfy even the most discerning progressive house fans. An excellent release from pad records who continue on an upwards trajectory with Exoplanet 02. Highly recommended.
