SpeakOf – Euphoria [False Face Music]

False Face Music returns this week with a brand new EP from SpeakOf. Canadian artist and False Face label boss Hamed Safi began 2017 with his new SpeakOf moniker. Amidst much praise his 'Gamma' EP was released in February, setting in motion a new sonic story. Additional remixes for Dear Deer and Redlight have been sensational along with his summer gigs alongside fellow FFM boss Santini. Now making a much anticipated return SpeakOf presents his latest two track offering entitled 'Euphoria'.

Deep and colourful in all the right ways, the title and showcase piece 'Euphoria' leads the release off. Pristinely produced, it's buoyant tones and evolving atmospheres are incredibly compelling, perfectly whetting the appetite for a grandiose break. Processed pianos and orchestral motifs highlight the centrepiece, leading to a classy drop and plucky hooks which carry the journey to a smooth yet exhilarating conclusion.

The companion piece 'Kenya' is equally stunning with an amazing reflective mood. Warm, flowing bass swells make for an inviting foundation while clustered tones and finely tuned percussion drive the momentum forward. A cinematic break further captivates the mind; classy and timeless in delivery it shifts the energy into something deeper and more profound as the third act progresses. A perfect complement to 'Euphoria' and a great way to round out another fantastic offering from SpeakOf and False Face Music. Highly Recommended.
