Roberto Traista – Long Lost Memories (Paul Angelo & Don Argento Remix) [Yin]

Tripp Baronner’s Yin imprint returns showcasing a brand new interpretation of ‘Long Lost Memories’ by Roberto Traista. Originally released in September of 2014 on Travis MacDonald’s Agara Music it found the Hungarian artist crafting a slice of futuristic melodic techno. By years end it was one of the Canadian imprints best selling tracks and was also regarded as one of Robert’s most compelling creations to date. Now almost four years on Yin invites one of the hottest duos of the moment Paul Angelo and Don Argento to reinvent the track for 2018.

The Cyprus based duo have achieved remarkable success over the last calendar year. A recent EP on Soundteller Records along with a remix on Movement Recordings have been 2018 highlights. Now making their Yin debut Paul and Don deliver a stellar interpretation of ‘Long Lost Memories’. Known for their darker sounds, the duo are a perfect fit for the track and inject more of a pure progressive house sensibility into it. The groove is incredibly powerful; rolling and full of buoyant character it chugs along as sweeping effects and waves of noise converge for a stellar sonic moment.
