The latest from Dear Deer Records welcomes Maximalism to the label for a brand new EP. Hailing from Minsk, Belarus, the duo appeared on the labels 'White' division in March of this year with the three track 'Enticement' EP. Now stepping up to the labels primary platform, Maximalism presents their 'Say My Name' EP alongside remixes from Rafael Cerato and Kiki. Beginning with the title cut you get a smooth progressive groove and striking vocal elements. Emotive bass swells and clattering drums surround the dynamic kick while tasteful effects fill out the framework. The drop out of the break is particularly massive, cleverly edited for maximum punch and a big but not too big dramatic response. The companion piece 'Lost' comes in deeper and more laid back making for a great complement to the title track.
