Blue Cell – Omegain (Soulkeys Remix) [Yang]

Tripp Baronner’s Yang imprint returns showcasing a brand new interpretation of ‘Omegain’ by Blue Cell. Originally released in November of 2016 on Stellar Fountain it found the German duo crafting a slice of classically styled progressive house. Now reviving the spirit of the track, Yang calls upon Soulkeys to reinvent the piece for 2019.

Hailing from the progressive music hotbed of Argentina, Francis Di Rosa and Juan Cruz Dangelo make up the Soulkeys production duo. Appearances on Beat Boutique, Movement Recordings, Soundteller Records and Stellar Fountain along with support from Hernan Cattaneo have make them one of their country's top up and coming duos. Now returning to Yang for their second appearance the duo provide a beautifully crafted update of 'Omegain'. Coming in deep and even a touch dreamy at points it's a unique rendition, one which provides drama and emotion. The way tension builds throughout the first act is a lesson in restraint, quite tasteful and spacious, it leads to a magical break of processed vocals and iridescent pads which ultimately seals it's impassioned appeal. A solid remix from a production duo who are most certainly on the rise. More great choices from Tripp and Yin:Yang. Highly recommended.
