TarDo – Chaos [TuneCore]

TarDo is a Ukrainian artist based in Poland, and he is bursting onto the melodic techno scene with his new single, “Chaos”

Despite what its title could imply, “Chaos” is an extremely refined track, which might spark chaos on the dancefloor, due to people losing themselves within its flowing energy. However, it is actually a streamlined cut with slick production, utilising soaring melodies, crisp percussion, and a deep bassline.

This is TarDo’s first official release in stores, adding to his streaming catalogue on platforms like Spotify. The single taps into his many years of DJ experience, and showcases his intricate understanding of how to manipulate a dancefloor. What gets people dancing is not just the raw aggression of hard-hitting drums, it is also an emotional connection and atmosphere that transports them to another place.

“Chaos” has all of the right ingredients; it starts by drawing the listener in with its sweeping pads and rippling bursts of acid. The throbbing bassline starts to rise as the sparkling melody dances between the hi-hats, while the thumping kickdrum holds the groove steady.

Like all good melodic techno tracks, “Chaos’” defining feature is the spine-tingling breakdown, which uses euphoria to build suspense. When the drums crash back in, the track lifts with the help of some epic synth chords that are introduced simultaneously.

Out now on the TuneCore record label, this single has a sound reminiscent of other artists such as Colyn, ARTBAT and Mind Against.
