Beswerda – Enda [TAU]

Dutchman Beswerda lands on Planet TAU with a two-track EP titled Enda. The Rotterdam-based artist has been making and playing music for a while now, finetuning his creative output, while delivering emotive, rhythmic vibes with his DJ sets. With releases on Afterlife, Habitat, Just This, and Diynamic, among others, his production prowess has been demonstrated time and time again. His new EP continues the evolution and development of his sounds, bringing that unique Beswerda energy to TAU First up, it’s the title track ‘Enda’. Beswerda’s programming is layered and captivating right from the very beginning with the percussion taking centre stage before a solid bassline is introduced. An indecipherable vocal clip ushers in the main body of the track with a gnarly riff and subtle pads building the tension. A goosebump-inducing breakdown ends with a jolt, sending us into the second half of the track with a burst of fresh energy. “Move!” says the sample... and the dance floor

Steve Parry & Four Candles – Mysko (Hernan Cattaneo & Mercurio Remix) [Selador]

For the first track, Steve Parry partners up with Four Candles to bring you Mysko, which has been expertly remixed by dream team duo of Hernan Cattaneo & Mercurio. The word Mysko roughly translates from Swedish to ‘strange’ or ‘mysterious’ The title describes the track well. Mysko is tense, yet dreamy at the same time. The calm before the Mysko storm, you can feel the atmospheric pressure moving around you, the seductive beat is your car in cruise control on a solitary Scandinavian highway whilst ethereal layers of synth dance like snowflakes in its’ slipstream. Up next is Dave Seaman featuring Thomas Gandey with the magnificent Heavyweight Residue (Derun Remix). Full of intensity, you can feel the presence of Heavyweight Residue looming behind you like the malevolent spirit of a cryptid streetfighter. Look behind you, you see nothing. Fix your gaze back in front of you at 1:30 and everything goes off around you. Heavyweight Residue breathes down your neck. And you l

Che Jose – Acidize [F.T.F.T Records]

By ProgressiveAstronaut

Che Jose returns with a genre-defying new single, “Acidize”. The track marks a bold evolution in Che Jose’s sonic journey, fusing the high-voltage energy of Indie Tech, Melodic Techno, the euphoric pulses of trance, the grit of Acid baselines, and the raw edge of 90s rave culture. Anchored by a hypnotic acid bassline and propelled by driving percussion, “Acidize” blurs genre boundaries with laser precision. Ethereal pads and trance-inspired arpeggios elevate the mood, while distorted indie textures and rave-ready drops keep feet planted firmly on the dancefloor. The result is a track that refuses to sit still, thriving in the liminal spaces between nostalgia and the now. Che Jose, known for crafting soundscapes that transcend borders and expectations, continues to push the envelope with each release. With “Acidize,” he invites listeners into a high-BPM ecosystem where genre is fluid, the vibe is electric, and the only rule is to move. Not to be outshined the B

Cirque du Soleil – Temperatio (Hicky & Kalo Remix) [Frooogs Records]

By ProgressiveAstronaut

Freezing winters, packed after-hours, and a scene that thrives just outside the spotlight is Montreal’s rhythm. This VA draws from that energy. Guy Laliberté invited a handful of local artists reworking Cirque du Soleil in their own language: raw, stripped-back, and built for the dance floor. Each remix brings something different to the table, but they’re united by a shared sense of restraint. The grooves are tight, and the low-end does most of the talking. You’ll recognize the DNA of the originals, but the context is new. Hicky & Kalo’s take on Temperatio stands out for its deep emotional pull — hypnotic yet understated, it channels the track’s theatrical origins into something more intimate and meditative, perfectly tuned for the early hours. This VA is about grounding Cirque du Soleil in the pulse of the city. In studios, on dark floors, through sound systems that favor pressure over perfection. It’s a subtle, thoughtful collection that reflects wher

A regular presence on All Day I Dream, Tim Green has become known for his distinctive works and contributions to the label’s expansive catalog. From early favorites like 2020’s Vacation to Life and 2021’s The Moss to more recent standouts such as Eastbound Silhouette in 2022 and The Night is Blue in 2023, Green’s work consistently balances expressive range with technical precision. Body Stars continues this trajectory, offering a listening experience that feels unmistakably his own while in line with the label’s sonic ethos. Drawing from years of personal and creative evolution, Body Stars fuses rhythmic sophistication with deep emotional resonance. Built around sweeping melodic arcs, layered textures, and subtle percussive details, ‘Body Stars’ was crafted to match the hypnotic height of the dancefloor and solitary moments in between. Unfolding over a wistful 26 minutes, the EP is both intimate and cinematic, designed to create connection whether heard in a packed v

Italian duo EarthLife make their Radikon debut with a bold two-track release for Catalogue Number 97. The A-side For The F Crowd is a no-compromise anthem. A driving acid groove, infectious vocal by Tommy Wax, and relentless bassline combine to ignite peak-time dancefloors with raw, euphoric energy. Its a serotonin-fueled ride made for the sweatiest corners of the night. On the B-side Dance With Us shifts gears into a more emotional, melodic space.
