Sistersweet shares 10 tracks to gear up for the ‘Cats on the Roof’ party at Roof Bar Kazan

Hailing from Russia, Sistersweet first emerged in 2021, recording 'Bali River' alongside side progressive house phenomenon Kostya Outta. Released via Balkan Connection, the track would set the course for a successful solo career, one where the Moscow resident would add La Foresta, Time After Time and Nick Warren's The Soundgarden to her discography, in turn earning praise from genre tastemakers Cid Inc, DJ Ruby, Emi Galvan and Ezequiel Arias, amongst others. Also highly regarded as a DJ, Sistersweet not only hosts her own weekly radioshow 'LUCH i SVETA' via Russia's popular Megapolisnight station, but is also well travelled, having performed from Ibiza to Sri Lanka to the far east. With 2024 already being highlighted by 'Cosmic Love', her debut for Time After Time, Sistersweet now adds Higher States to her resume with 'Aether / Echoes of Sirens'.

To celebrate the release, the Moscow resident has curated a collection of 10 Tracks to gear up for her 'Cats on the Roof' party at Roof Bar Kazan later this month. Enjoy!

Hello guys! For preparing my DJ sets I usually pay the most attention to new material, including unreleased tracks. But of course my playlist consists of time-tested tracks too. Today I present a playlist with my lovely tracks which I’m going to play at the nearest party. You know there are many talented progressive house sound producers in Russia, but the clubbing scene is deep underground right now. I’m a member of progressive house community in my country. Some guys of this community arrange a prog party in Kazan in August. I’m going to take part in this party. So, check it out my playlist.

1. Haen - Paradise Dungeon (Anton Borin Remix)

I like to start a DJ set with a massive track without intro. This track fits for this.

2. Bondarev feat. Enakin.Ink - Metamorph (Anton Make Remix)

A perfect groovy continuation of progressive journey with voices and vocals in the track.

3. Yonsh - Hiking on the Moon (Original Mix)

Time-tested track which always makes you dance. It feels like you're going on an expedition to the moon with good friends in the middle of the night, ha-ha! :))

4. Redspace - Long Way (Original Mix)

Good combination of drums and bass makes this track a clubbing bomb.

5. Sistersweet - Cosmic Love (Original Mix)

Happy to make a track which I can play in prime time. The spice of this track - the breaks breakdown. I love breaks, that’s why I try to include breaks percussion in each track where it suits.

6. Ric Niels - Mental Whispers (Original Mix)

Whispers make this track magic. It would be amazing in the middle of a DJ set for relaxing hot dancefloor and immerse clubbers into the depths of their souls

7. Augusto Dassano - Krauna (Original Mix)

Intelligent groovy track to start a new wave of dancing during the DJ set

8. Leandro Dizeo, IGCIØ - Connected (Luca Abayan Remix)

Dense groovy track for epic effects on the dancefloor! I checked it out many times - clubbers drive crazy with this track! ))

9. Kostya Outta & Kamilo Sanclemente - Starlight (Original Mix)

The great collaboration for the primetime DJ set. You know that this release is the same as the previous one containing light remixes, which allows you to play this EP at any time. Love these kinds of releases.

10. Sistersweet - Aether (Original Mix)

My new track which releases in HIGHER STATES. Aether is about lost souls who call each other but no one takes a step towards it. This is the drama that the violin expresses in the track. I love to finish my DJ set with melody tracks with some drama. With the final track I kind of say – hey guys we had a great flight, but it’s time to say goodbye don’t be sad.
