The latest installment of our free download series welcomes Mike Isai for his debut appearance. Based in Brooklyn, New York, the American artist first came to our attention with a release on Nick Warren’s Hope Recordings in September of this year. The cross cultural sounds of ‘Pillars to Butterflies’ was well received by progressive music tastemakers and fans alike, quickly making Mike an up and coming talent to watch. Also featured heavily in the recent sets of Nick Warren has been Mike’s take on Celeda’s house classic ‘Be Yourself’. Released in 1999 and most famously played and remixed by Danny Tenaglia, the track remains one of electronic music’s most recognizable and iconic productions. Now after several airings by Nick, perhaps most famously at his The Soundgarden Boat boat party, we’re happy to offer the track as an exclusive free download. Enjoy.
