The mastermind behind the label, Definition himself returns with a massive new solo release, Falling EP. With his last solo release nearly a year back, one look at the tracklist gives us an idea why; 5 new and exclusive works – quality takes time. The title track opens the EP in a deep and melodic landscape burning low and steady. The vocal cuts bring an ethereal vibe as the synths crescendo and the kick beats on. Next Dimitri shows us another side, ‘Tulipe Noir’ engages us in an electric fantasy full of swirling arpeggios cloaked in retro vibes. The collaboration with his friend Def:Play spends a tribute to an old Soul, which introduced them and kicked off the start for a beautiful friendship. A beautiful adventure right from the begin, thanks to a stunning arrangement and a knack for flow. ‘Emotions’ drops us in a world of deep heavy kicks with tense air between them. The pads rise. The reason for our journey is clear as the floor throbs with bass. But that’s no

He sent me his tunes and I was so impressed that I put one of his tracks on my essential mix right away. I hope you enjoy these deep soulful techno release as much as I do plus a funky Hatzler remix! Fennec & Wolf is back with an EP, delivering two original tracks, rounded off with a slowed down edit by label friend Fabio Montana. The title track 'Nazareth' takes us into a deep, synthesizer journey. It is driven by an ongoing bell-like in the centre and occasional delays, swelling sounds pacing from left to right. The second original cut 'Haertz' has a more laid back groove, which gets supplemented by a basic, yet emotional synthesizer and a gently pushing baseline in the centre of the track. On the B-Side of the EP Fabio Montana slows down 'Nazareth', without loosing its energy. Waiving a too dramatic break, he rather lets it become an ongoing force, ideal for after hour vibes. ► YouTube: bit.ly/ProgressiveAstronautSubscribe ► Soundcloud: bit.ly/ProgressiveAstronautSC ► Website: bit.ly/ProgressiveAstronautWEB ► Facebook: bit.ly/ProgressiveAstronautFB ► Twitter: bit.ly/ProgressiveAstronautTW ► Instagram: bit.ly/ProgressiveAstronautIG ► PA

The 10th edition of 'Four To The Floor' is here. Diynamic Music's very own various artist series, which is always comprised of four dancefloor-oriented tracks that have one special quality in common: they have all been heavily road tested and certified by label boss Solomun on his countless gigs all over the world. First up is 'Caos' by Valencia-based Upercent, a percussion-heavy, densely layered journey through the African Jungle. Next comes straight Techno from Russia, namely 'Rhythm for Me' by Eclept. Track 3 called 'Reflection' by gizA feat. Melody Stranger is a melodic Tech House production and closing off is dreamy and melancholic Deep House track 'Why Should' by BOg feat. Tim Engelhardt. ► YouTube: bit.ly/ProgressiveAstronautSubscribe ► Soundcloud: bit.ly/ProgressiveAstronautSC ► Website: bit.ly/ProgressiveAstronautWEB ► Facebook: bit.ly/ProgressiveAstronautFB ► Twitter: bit.ly/ProgressiveAstronautTW ► Instagram: bit.ly/ProgressiveAstronautIG ► P

Guy J’s music is always touched with a magic and emotion that few rival. Forever drawing influence from contrasting styles, genres and concepts, he has become synonymous with creating innovative and out-of-the-box productions. Adhering to that ethos, his new ‘West On Mars’ 4-track EP for Bedrock embraces his innate ability to produce tracks of the highest stature, and underlines why for so many people around the world, Guy J’s music is uniquely joyous, uplifting, intelligent and beautiful. There can be no doubt that he is one of the standout electronic artists of today. ‘West On Mars’ opens proceedings with its plethora of intricate rhythmic elements, expansive melodic hooks and spiralling acidic overtones. All fused perfectly in an eternally developing journey like no other. In contrast, ‘Why Are You Here’ turns up the funk factor with a superbly squelchy hip-swinging groove, overlaid with flawlessly infectious melodic motifs. The energetic ‘On The Go’ buzzes w

A good classic is timeless and never goes away. This summer, Perspectives Digital revisit four tracks from label owner Darin Epsilon’s extensive back catalog. Those selected to add their own spin include Robert Babicz, Nick Muir, Wally Lopez, and Paul Kardos, and they all do so in real style! Long time scene veteran Robert Babicz goes first and is in fine form as he reworks ‘Jumeirah’ into nine dramatic minutes of shapeshifting Tech House with squelchy synths. Then comes Nick Muir’s thundering version of ‘Denpasar’ with spine-tingling chords and skyward synths that carry you away into the night sky. Spanish House kingpin Wally Lopez then goes all moody and broody on his remix of ‘Thousands Winds’, layering in twinkling keys, breaking things down for dramatic effect, then building them up again. Last but not least, Sonic Academy contest winner Paul Kardos serves up the deepest, most heartwarming and involving of the lot with his take on ‘One Thousand & One Nigh

We're happy to present our latest 90watts release by Norwegian producer and vocalist TD (ICONYC / MNL / Deep Contrast) and Dutch DJ/producer and Manual Music label owner Paul Hazendonk. Tomas (TD) has send as a demo version of 'Without You' to Paul who instantly fell in love with the vocals and basic ideas of the song, but felt it was missing a little something. So Paul asked Tomas if he was okay with him reworking and tweaking it a bit, with the idea of working towards a release, and here it is! 'Without You' is a deep and mysterious trip. The dreamy sounds and flowing arrangement goes together perfectly with TD's outstanding vocal capabilities. A truly unique and stand out track, not to be pigeonholed into any particular genre, this is likely to appeal to many electronic music lovers and beyond! Paul decided to create a club mix to cater the DJ's and the club- and festival crowds, stripping away a portion of the dreamyness of the original but instead build an entire differe
