Sol Selectas is a genre-defining organic house record label, and they start off the new year with a spectacular compilation that showcases the full spectrum of their sound.

The label’s owner, Sabo is an influential producer and DJ who uses Sol Selectas as an extension of his own style, and Global Entry 7 features 11 diverse tracks.

The compilation has an uplifting mood to help warm dance floors throughout the year’s cold winter months, and Sabo makes a conscious effort to source music from a wide range of countries.

The music on this release has links to Argentina, Iran, Brazil, Russia, Dubai, Tunisia, France, Algeria, Mexico, India, South Africa, and Spain.

There are a number of organic house tracks where Arabic influences help paint a sonic picture of desert landscapes and tropical oasis. Other tracks have more of an Afro influence with tribal drums and chanting vocals creating uplifting energy. The release also has deep tech and indie dance influences, adding to the diversity of styles.

Even the artwork has been lovingly curated, using the words of Global Entry 7’s official press release: “shows a cosmic portal opening our doors of perception and inviting listeners into a universal field of sound.”
