Deersky's Soundteller Records welcomes Lily Pita back to the label for a new EP this week. The Indonesian artist has continued to flourish from her releases on Bedrock Records and Glasgow Underground with recent outings for ICONYC and Lauter Unfug. Now returning to Soundteller for her third appearance, Lily presents her latest EP entitled 'Concorde'.

Lily's diverse style makes each one of her new projects exciting as you never know quite what to expect. She's equally adept at crafting smooth, emotive creations all way up to a scorching, acidic floor burners like her recent single for ICONYC. Her new two track offering for Soundteller is further proof of her far reaching production chops with the title track 'Concorde' coming in quite playful and rhythmic sounding. It's spacious, tech house style framework proves to be the perfect construction for a simple yet highly effect motif. Joyous yet spacey it leads to a warm interlude where fluid bass swells add depth and emotion before the lead theme rises towards a classy drop.

Sitting as a perfect complement the companion piece comes in more heady and hypnotic. It's fuller, more progressive minded groove and trippy themes work incredibly well together, effortlessly building tension across the first act. While the main break, although relatively brief, introduces a subtle emotion into the storyboard before a thumping final act takes you home. Two lovely productions from Lily who continues to amaze with her borderless style. Highly recommended.
