Continuing their fruitful relationship, Deepwibe Underground welcomes Dmitry Molosh back to the label for a new single. 2021 saw the Belarusian artist and Estonian imprint present a string of progressive minded projects that all landed with resounding success. None moreso than Dmitry's remix of The Cobb's 'Elysium', which at years end was one of the best selling progressive house tracks on Beatport. Now on the strength of his 'Frame' and 'First Ray of Sun' singles, Dmitry returns to Deepwibe Underground with 'Scaur', alongside a remix from EMPHI.

2021 saw Dmitry at his most prolific, notching over sixty discography credits across the year, and 2022 has begun in a similar fashion with projects for Agnosia Black, Proportion and WARPP already in the books. His latest entitled 'Scaur' aims for a peak time dance floor with mountainous grooves anchoring a plethora of dark electronics and crunchy rhythms. Sweeping spastic-like effects dominate the narrative throughout, while a tantalizing lead theme rises to prominence during a tense break, flowing through the journey's final movement with a unique blend of texture and colour.

Returning to the label and providing the lone interpretation of 'Scaur' is EMPHI. Approaching two years since his debut, the Swedish artist has continued to build an impressive resume. Releases on Yotto’s Odd One Out, Balkan Connection, Hoomidaas and Transensations all landed with resounding success, firmly etching the Stockholm resident as one of progressive music’s top new comers. With 2022 looking to be a breakout year, EMPHI now returns to Deepwibe Underground with a stunning rendition of 'Scaur'. Opting for a slightly deeper approach, EMPHI has not only delivered an excellent complement to the Dmitry's sizable original, but has also conjured up some dance floor thunder of his own. The main melodic themes and devilish effects translate well atop a reshaped groove, while a spine-tingling break and thunderous drop ultimately seal it's brilliance. Excellent as always from EMPHI, which makes for a memorable return to Deepwibe Underground for both himself and Dmitry Molosh. Highly recommended.
