Mike Rish is somewhat of a quiet achiever, with the Melbourne native having a string of releases under multiple aliases across numerous subgenres of electronic music. However, it’s under his own name where he lets his progressive-house imagination wander. His studio output is prolific, and has been embraced by progressive heavyweights, with support from the likes of Guy J, Hernan Cattaneo, Nick Warren, Jamie Stevens, Kasper Koman, Matter and GMJ, to name a few. His “progressive” and consistent rise is the result of a diligent and very selective output of music, opting to release music to keep people engaged, but also wanting more.. Hello Mike, congratulations on launching your new label tor\nn. What inspired you to take this step at this moment in your career? This is something I’ve wanted to do for years. But, in this day and age of social media and “hype” culture, I was (ironically), torn about when the best time was to do it. My friend Peter gave me a nudge to st

Hey guys, thanks for catching up with us today. How has the start of 2025 been for you so far?Guzy:The start of the year was a bit rocky - but I think it was like that for a lot of people. That said, the path’s been getting brighter each day, and right now, I’m super happy with where I’m at, especially with the new release.Nairo:It’s my second winter since moving from London to Barcelona, so I’m finally starting to settle in and feel at home in this city. I also started working with a manager for the first time in my career, and honestly, it’s been a lot of fun building the next phase of my project both musically and strategically. We’re now almost four months into 2025. What tracks have impressed you the most this year?Guzy:One that really stood out for me was Julia Linkogel’s new track that came out on Radikon. I was also impressed by the Solomun remix for K.I.Z. I’ve been a rap fan nearly all my life, and I didn’t expect that remix to happen, but it turned o

Yes, there was some food poisoning involved – but honestly, it was totally worth it! We’re now three months into 2025, what tracks which have come out so far this year have impressed you the most?Lampé – Far Away (Alula Tunes) Brandon & KXNE – Guess I Never Know (Confession) Maurice Mino, Sinport, Nonameleft – Rolling Stone (Tragedie)What’s been a stan

The enigmatic realm of Kaufmann thrives frommidnight to sunrise. Rooted in the esoteric realms of dark minimal and hypnotic techno, converged with the otherworldly weight of psychedelia and rave. Kaufmann's alchemical approach to music production and uncompromising devotion to cutting-edge techno has been the driving force behind her signing with Stil Vor Talent, SensoSounds and Alula Tunes, with her affiliations crossing over the families of Dazed State, Subios Records, Rebellion der Träumer and Einmusika. A reigning figure on the German club circuit, Kaufmann also features annually on the mainstages of her home country’s revered Fusion Festival, while frequently ensnaring audiences on international expeditions. Hi Kaufmann, thanks for talking to us today. How has the start of the year been for you? Hey! It's been a great start to the year for me! My recipe to success is to treat myself to some time off in February and escape cold Berlin. This year is no exception, which is

Starting her musical journey as a child, she blends classical piano skills with modern electronic music. SKALA's music is a masterful fusion of organic percussions, glitchy elements, and synthesized leads, creating a soundscape marked by heavy bass lines and airy melodies. She loves to play with contrasts in her productions and DJ sets, bridging dark and light elements together. This signature sound has captivated audiences worldwide and has been featured on esteemed labels including Innervisions, Stil vor Talent, Radikon, and more. In 2023, SKALA expanded her influence in the music industry by co-founding the label Amaeo with her partner Theologos. Hi Guys, thanks for joining us. How has your start to the year been so far and please tell us something interesting about your day today? Hey PA. It's a pleasure to speak with you. It's a great start to the year. We had a lot of interesting travels and gigs, as well as productive studio work. Today is a truly beautiful sunny day. It’s a start day of the pre-order of the first part of our new release 'Ask The Universe" and we are very excited about it. Looking back on 2024 so far, what gigs of yours have stood out and why? Of course, these are our tours in Australia and India. These are the places where we were for the first time and we are very impressed by both countries. Let’s also look at tracks released since the beginning of the year. What do you guys think have been some of the standouts so far? Actually, we didn't really plan to release a lot of music in the first half of the year and the most important release of the first half of 2024 is the release 'Ask

Hi Guys, thanks for joining us. How has your start to the year been and please tell us something interesting about your day today? Rodriguez Jr. Hello! Always a pleasure talking with you guys. I had a beautiful start into 2024. January and February are months I like to keep quiet in order to spend time in the studio and with my family, so I only played a few shows in Mexico and in the USA where I live now. It’s an important time of the year because I finally get to relax a bit, mentally digest the previous tour and prepare about upcoming projects with my team. KIKO: Hello everyone, my start to the year has been very enriching for me since I was able to finish this album 'Digital Family' that I started 3 years ago. Both of you were born and raised in France I believe, so please tell us about how growing up and living there affected your journey into electronic music? Rodriguez Jr. The electronic music scene was extremely exciting and fertile in France during the 90s. Eve

Hello Guys, thanks for joining us. How are you doing today and what was the last piece of music you listened to? Dave: Chaka Khan’s ‘I Feel For You’. Was literally just on the radio as I got out of the car. Brought back some memories of my breakdancing days in 1985. John: I listen to a lot of rock and hip hop when I’m on my way to and from the gym. Soundgarden ‘Fell on Black Days’, was the last thing I listened to this morning as I drove home. Tell us something interesting about your day today? Dave: I’ve just been traveling home from Mexico so nothing too exciting to report. Although I did just finish Guy Ritchie’s latest Netflix series ‘The Gentlemen’ on the plane which was a highly enjoyable gangster romp. John: Well, most of it will be taken up answering these questions because I’m so crap at typing. Hopefully some of it will be interesting though. Looking back on 2023 what gigs of yours have stood out and why? Dave: I really enjoyed my t
