Releases Brunoh – Empatia [Soundteller Records] By Release Promo Posted on 4th July 2020 4 min read 0 0 Share on Facebook Share on Twitter Share on Reddit Share on Linkedin Continuing to showcase new talent, Soundteller Records welcomes Brunoh to the label for his debut EP. The Argentinean artist first appeared in February of this year with an EP courtesy of Clinique Recordings. The progressive minded two tracker remains his only release to date and proved to be a great introduction to fans of the genre. Now landing on Soundteller, Brunoh continues his journey with the two track 'Empatia' EP. The title track finds the Argentine collaborating with vocalist Jessica Dorado for a spellbinding progressive cut. A full, chugging groove and bulbous beats sit at the foundation, while clattering percussion and retro arps unite above. Timely effects add detail and depth at opportune moments across the first act, before the main break introduces a spoken word vocal to further the tracks intrigue. This storyboard carries across an unassuming drop before a wave of spacey arps highlight the final movement. For the less vocally inclined there is also a dub provided as well. The companion piece 'Arpeggio' comes in a touch smoother with a sleek yet bulbous groove underpinning warm overlays and fuzzy arps. Remarkably smooth and groovy, it’s fluid rhythms and and pleasing design work amazingly well together. Ethereal overlays make for a charming break, adding a touch of anticipation as a smooth rush ushers in a rolling finale. It caps off two stunning tracks from Brunoh who makes a great Soundteller debut and continues a promising start to his production career. Don't miss it.
