After the announcements about ADE Next and the ADE Playground art route, it is now time to focus on the young and talented. The future generations of the music business industry are, to us, as important as the music professionals of today. And in that same spirit we are running an initiative which was launched three years ago as part of the highly successful ADE University sessions, called the ADE Global Intern Program. Our goal is to give talented students the opportunity to kick start their careers by offering them unique internships at leading music companies around the world. We only want the very best, so applicants are expected to demonstrate their skills and prove their motivation! Dutch students can apply for one of the internships by sending in a motivation letter and a résumé, after which ADE University will select the students most suitable and best qualified for the internship vacancies. During ADE University, five pre-selected students (for each internship) will have a short job interview with representatives of the companies offering the internships. The new ADE Global Interns will be announced at Friday’s ADE University program and will be joining their future employers on stage for a celebratory glass of champagne. This year's first participating companies are: SFX - New York, USA Ultra Music Festival South Africa – Cape Town, South Africa Rio Music Conference – Rio de Janeiro, Brazil The Media Nanny - Amsterdam, Netherlands Sunburn Festival, Mumbai, India Find the vacancies here!
