Sam WOLFE – Laceration [1605]

Sam WOLFE is back on UMEK’s 1605 with a two-track techno EP with high-paced rhythms and exuberant energy that will light up the dance floor. Along with a solo track by Sam the release also features a collaboration with KARKIL.

Along with his many appearances on 1605, Sam has worked with other respected techno record labels including Oliver Huntemann's Senso Sounds, Christian Smith's Tronic and The YellowHead’s Reload.

A regular collaborator with other artists, Sam first featured on 1605 when working with Rebel Boy, but he has also joined forces with the likes of Kreecher and Andrea Garcia. This time KARKIL joins him on their powerful track “Shadow Ritual”.

The EP is opened by Sam’s solo track “Laceration”, which has twisted euphoria blended with driving percussion to create a pounding groove. “Shadow Ritual” is the collaboration with KARKIL and it follows a similar formula to the previous track, but with even more savage percussion and added intensity.

Some of the DJs already supporting the release include people ranging from POPOF to Mark Sherry.
