Music has many dimensions. MONO.NOISE's new 'Ikhonco' EP shows four different of them. The leading track 'Ikhonco' is produced by French DJ and musician EMORINE who presently lives in Berlin. It comes with a dark, vibrant and slightly mysterious energy that reveals the side of Deep House working perfectly into the club. EMORINE chose the name 'Ikhonco' cause it means 'hyphen' - the little but powerful element that connects two words to one and creates a new meaning - as 'the period I created the title was a transition period for me', he says. There are two remix versions of 'Ikhonco' on the EP: One is done by BAAL * and comes rather minimal with a wafting energy that reminds of misty landscapes in the dawn. Born in Puglia, also known as the heel of Italy's boot, Giorgia is a composer and multi-instrumentalist. She is part of the project We love on Bpitch Control Records and she has been resident performer at Tenax Club 1.0 in Florence for 2 years. After a classical music education Giorgia developed in a short time a deep interest in the electronic music and she started experimenting new live techniques.
