The latest edition of our free download series finds progressive icon Henri Hurtig aka Cid Inc. delivering one of this year's most sought after bootleg remixes. It’s been another incredible year for the Finnish artist and Replug label boss. Having released his Beatport #1 track ‘Abyss’ in April to the more recent and equally successful ‘Bird Cherry’ EP, Cid Inc has continued to be one of electronic music’s most revered and well travelled talents. A highlight and much requested track in Henri’s set this year has been his remake of James Holden’s classic ‘A Break In The Clouds’. Released in 2003 on the UK artist’s Border Community imprint, it is now considered one of the most important track’s in the evolution of progressive music. Long a favourite of Cid Inc, the Finnish artist has masterfully updated the classic for 2018, and after much demand we’re happy to offer the track as an exclusive free download. As we draw the curtains of time on 2018 and reflect on the year, we think about the highs and lows, good and bad. Here at Sprout, we figured there was just enough time to get just one more debut in before the years' end, and what a debut it is. Fat Sushi is a bit of a legend around these parts, signed to a bewildering selection of labels including Suara, Great Stuff, Cold Harbour and Nutura Sonoris, their trademark funky style is an assured crowd pleaser and ‘Tripod’ is no exception.
